No. I'm not posting about stormy weather, flooding, or any other natural disaster type stuff.
I've been sick - like a damn dog - for the past few days.
I stayed home yesterday and slept the majority of the day. I went ahead and went to work today since I haven't accrued and sick days yet. David, my director, told me that I can go ahead and use sick time. I thought that was a pretty good deal.
However, this means I will start with a deficit and have to pay it back with any sick time I earn.
Thankfully I don't get sick very often.

That always sucks....having to start over accruing sick leave when you start a new job. Hope you get better soon... Maybe it was something you ate while you were in the slammer?
Your boss is pretty smart... as who wants to have an illness take down the whole company with it...
